This necklace features an annealed once-fired .223 cartridge (the round used in an AR 15).

This one has been reloaded with a new V-Max ballistic tip bullet (red tipped bullet). If you prefer a standard copper bullet tip, just email us and let us know.

There is no gun powder or primer, so it is not a live round.

The cartridge is engraved with the words “Always and Forever” in an elegant script font.

This brass cartridge has been annealed to give it a more “military look.” Basically, an annealed brass cartridge has been exposed to heat so that it is prevented from becoming brittle and cracked when in the field. This gives it a beautiful, iridescent look.
