A cartridge very similar to the 7.62 x 25 mm Tokarev cartridge was the precursor to the 9mm.
This cartridge has a .30 caliber bullet in a bottle neck cartridge.
It was/is used by various Eastern European countries and China.
Our fabricator reloads for his own personal target shooting and he recently bought a CZ-52 which uses this round.
